New files management gui

To keep Ubuntu the future-oriented OS, I propose a new files management GUIs.
The current idea of files grouping into folders is out-dated.
Ubuntu should introduce a new standard of GUIs: all files management should be based on tags. Currently, F-Spot is a good example.
The common file dialogue will include one main tag (for now it can be associated with fully classified file path); and several other tags, associated with the file. Also, it will include a list of tags found by searching through the file contents (e.g., using Tracker as back-end). A separate tag will introduce the file type (so we don't need extensions any more).
Searching through tons of information should become as simply as filtering by file tags.
