Show nearby locos, from the desktop if conected to internet

Displaying nearby locos (using the country as reference point), would help users that doesnt know where to go or what to do, whom talk with once they've joined... With this, the new user experience and fist impression would be better, and for advanced users or experienced ones, this could give a "shortcut" to their country's loco or city's loco
