Nautilus Global Menu

Registered by daguenther

Most Ubuntu Applications use the global top menu.

The one exception I have found is the file browser, which insists on using a separate side menu that is completely out of sync with the desktop experience. This is a design bug, as this is not a consistent user experience.

The proposal is that all of nautilus menu functions be ported to the global menu, so as to keep with the consistent design of Ubuntu.

(I believe this would also clear up the HUD problem with commands in nautilus, but I'm only guessing)
