Simple switch for Natural Scrolling. (Reverse mousewheel or trackpad direction)

Add simple switch to reverse the mousewheel or trackpad scrolling direction like in Ubuntu Tweak and OSX Lion.
Reasons: To be compatible with Tablet touchscreens. As well as it is more logical. Up means Up.
Expectation: Push mousewheel or touchpad scroll up, and page in window moves up. Eg in a browser or Nautilus or anywhere with a scroll bar.
Switch to be in the most logical place for new users to find.
