Add possibility to install multiple debs at the same time

It should be possible to install multiple .debs at the same time without getting a message telling you that the dpkg-database is locked. Although MS Windows don't have as good dependency checking with their .msi-installers, there are noe problems launching multiple installation files at the same time with this OS.
Something similar should be implemented with dpkg/apt/SMART
