Use multi-server hyper-threading to download updates

Ubuntu can automatically choose the best servers and download updates and new point releases from multiple servers at the same time, much like the MHT technology in FlashGet. This would help balance the server loads across all of the mirrors and increase download speeds, especially for the high volume days caused by new releases.
