Allow user to select more than one language to install

When installing Ubuntu, why not to allow the user to select more than one language to install ?
On the checkbox that asks the preferred language, I suggest two fields - one made of radio selection - to select the system default language - and other to select the additional languages the user wishes to install.
The default would be the English with the radio and the checkbox marked.
If this is not possible, it could be made via two forms - one to select the system default language, and other to mark the additional languages to install.
