Suggest additional packages to install upon using mount

When mounting a device there is sometimes additional tools more or less requried to take use of s specific file system type. NFS file support for instance is pretty useless without the portmapper. This specification suggests a way to notify the user about and suggest to install additional packages for a specific file system type.
