Create testplans and testcases for UNR
We need to have testplans and testcases in, place for QA efforts on UNR. These should pull from other sources where possible but may also have pieces that are specific to UNR.

investigate adding additional tests coming from other groups (expected somewhere around end of august) to what we run: DONE
Host the tests in bzr, and/or package so that they are convenient to install and overlay on top of checkbox so that they can be run quickly: DONE
