A tool to configure different cellphones as modems.

Currently laptop users who want to use their cellphones as modems in order to access the internet has to search the web (needs alternate connection) for their specific settings and then try to get gnome-ppp configured correctly.
I propose a simple wizard that prompts a user for the following:
Country, mobile operator and cellphone model.
Then uses this information to set up the connection via either bluetooth or usb.
