Lightweight Panel replacement for efl launcher
Current Lightweight ARM images use EFL launcher for the netbook flavour, additionally GNOME Panel is used on these images, GNOME Panel is very heavyweight and takes a long time to start, it should be replaced by sometihng more lightweight.
