ARM Live images with multiple stacked squashfs images

Registered by Oliver Grawert

Modify livecd-rootfs and casper in a way that makes it possible to split out /lib/modules/$(uname -r) and other hardware depending directories into their own squashfs image. So that it is possible to build images for multiple ARM SoCs from a single livefs image file.

Whiteboard

[asac 25-11-09] after discussion with ogra we will not pursue this in lucid, as we are going for device tree which will make this work obsolete latest next cycle anyway. So lets save the precious cycles and work on stuff that is of more long term nature.
[asac 25-11-09] superseded by https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/mobile-lucid-arm-device-tree-support
[asac 04-12-09] superseded ... remove from lucid goals.
[asac 25-11-09] setting to Deferred - in case device-tree doesnt make it we might want to resurrect this.
