GUI frontend to the existing armel rootfs builder

The script from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/RootfsFromScratch that generates a tgz or qemu image of an armel rootfs is widely used by the ubuntu ARM community. This spec will discuss a possible GUI tool that makes the configuration and building of such a rootfs easier, offers a list of installation tasks as well as timezone, user and language configuration.
