Tools and scripts for easy redboot installation and config manipulation

Currently setting up and installing the redboot bootloader (often used on ARM based hardware) is a painful process involving a lot manual work. Tools need to be written that make installation and config manipulation as easy as with other bootloaders on other architectures (i.e. update-grub and grub-install on x86 based systems)

There is some chance that this will be superseded by a spec for Uboot, which is more user friendly. But we don't have a vendor that uses Uboot today.
