Whiteboard

Information from the messaging menu will also be used for the lock screen. We need to make a plan on how to achieve this:

* how does the lock screen get access to messaging data (org.freedesktop.Accounts is probably the best idea)
* how much control do applications need over what appears in the messaging menu vs on the lock screen? Do we need additional API?
* will we have to make messaging menu entries persistent for this, or is it enough to put some aggregates into AccountService? (we might need to make them persistent anyway, though)
* how will we handle updating the lock screen without the user being logged in?
