Treat mounted partitions in /media differently from removable devices

Ubuntu automatically puts things mounted into /media on the desktop; this is also the default location for partitions in the installer. These entries don't show up in the real desktop folder though, and people with many partitions have to live with a cluttered desktop by default they can't easily unclutter.

Never discussed, current handling of removable and fixed media is considered sane, and one important part (appear in file selector) has been implemented upstream ages ago.
