Build the mach64.ko DRM module, but blacklist by default

Registered by audiophyl

The code for the mach64.ko DRM module already exists within the X.org sources and compiles fine. You really do have to go out of your way to avoid building it by default. It has likely been excluded from Ubuntu releases due to "security concerns" cited by X.org developers. Many people jump through the necessary hoops to build this module (143 replies and >63,000 views of http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=7200). The general consensus is that most people outside of the X.org dev team don't seem to care about the security concerns, likely due to a lack of elaboration as to what those concerns are. This is a request for the module to be built, but blacklisted by default so people with mach64-based graphics cards don't have to jump through all the hoops to enable DRM/DRI.

I will convince my wife to make tiramisu for whoever it is that gets this taken care of. Well, you'd need to come visit us in North Dakota, USA, but still... I'm just sick of rebuilding the necessary components every single time a kernel update comes out.
