stable kernel i/o responsiveness patch available

There's a patch which fixes (or at least helps) with long input/output stalls. Like stated it applies to 2.6.32 cleanly. It will be great to see this merged into Lucid kernel, because it's a long term support one and the bug with long stalls under I/O is very irritating.
