Bundle LiveCD + Qemu for easy evaluation

Include Qemu in the LiveCD, so that windows users can launch it in a virtualized window. Qemu is small enough that it wouldn't take up much room in the LiveCD, and having the ability to run it out from within Windows, just like the included Abiword, Firefox and Thunderbird, might lower the bar for some less technical Windows users. It could be run without a harddisk image, or one could be created in temp space if available. If a harddisk image is created, it would be nice if when the user finally decides to install Ubuntu over or alongside their windows install, if the installer could find the disk image, mount it, and pull their settings over.
