Usability issue with launchpad.net (userfriendlyness)

Registered by Jan Girke

launchpad.net needs to be way more userfriendly.
If you have an idea or you just remembered a bug
and you want to stop by to post it you get a punch
in the face, because there is no obvious entry point
like "file a bug/request/blueprint". There should be
a button for that on the frontpage that leads to a
form where you can put every detail on "paper" and
it should incorporate the 'ubuntu request voting page'*
too (*real name is different). All of that stuff is too
scattered around the net.
