Launchpad Account Creation Application

It'd be nice to have an application that will handle account creation and registeration with launchpad. Such application could gather information from a user's system, locale, and other preferences and provide it for creating statistics and enhance users experience in launchpad. This would save the troulbe and/or distraction involved in having to open an account when trying to use launchpad integration from the menus on the first time.
