KOffice review and user evaluation

Since KOffice is constantly improving, and now also has backend support from Nokia, we will review the current status of KOffice and whether it is ready to replace OpenOffice.org. To do this we will launch a user evaluation of the latest and greates KOffice, to also give feedback to upstream, so they can improve their product.
