Kubuntu Documentation has been updated and installed and the translation templates have been imported. Final task will be to build the translations into the package and release 1 more package before final release.

I am deferring this for karmic+1 for a couple of reasons. The current state of upstream documentation is a mess, and because of this it is difficult for us to really improve our docs dramatically. Myself and Jonathan Jesse will work upstream on KDE docs and revisit this for karmic+1. Thanks!
