Improve fonts definition

Reading some articles by nuno pinheiro blog I realized that decrease the font size to 8 for
Menu, Window title, Taskbar, set hinting to full and change the font type to Liberation Sans improve the definition and make a good look & feel.

For font type can be a personal preference but I think that at least decreasing the font size to 8 for Menu, Window title, Taskbar is now a good step.
