Change the default Desktop Design in Kubuntu.

Every release of Kubuntu offers a fresh visual look and feel of many major and minor elements on the desktop. These elements highlight the feeling of the new edition and sometimes relate to some of the elements present in the release. To remain within this trend, we should change the basic design of the desktop including the wallpaper, color scheme, window decorations, widget style, kmenu sidebar, amarok theme, metabar theme, and many other, still to be determined pieces (katapult, knotes, KDE help center, Application start pages...etc.).
