Integration of the new start menus in Gnome & KDE

There are new start menus for Gnome (http://www.pro-linux.de/berichte/media/sled10_menushow.html) and KDE (http://home.kde.org/~binner/kickoff/sneak_preview.html) which are very innovative and really user-friendly and easy to use.

Could they be included into Ubuntu / Kubuntu?
Or are there plans for Feisty on that?
