When root on USB: add rootdelay=xx to kernel command line

Registered by jojo4u

There is a five seconds pause between detection of new USB devices and it's registration (see dmesg). This might cause that init does not find a root device and panics. I'd suggest to add a detection wether root lies on a USB-device and add rootdelay=10 or any other value to the kernel command line.
