Add priority and time delay for auto run programs

I would like to see if we could add the precedence/priority of execution of auto-run programs (from sessions settings). It would be even better if we could also add delay on when they will be executed. This may help in getting some basic items run first/faster and then not so important jobs later without delaying other important jobs.
