integrated IPv6

Make switching to the new internet protocol easy.
Personally I use miredo, which works fine but requires an IPv4 address and tunnels through it.
Freenet6 works as well and can be used anonimously.
But where we can we should try to use IPv6 natively without tunneling or tunnel IPv4.

[robbie.w] DECLINED for UDS-N: we already support IPv6 by default...not sure what this spec is intended for
