Add a bandwidth usage monitor and history to the network monitor applet

Registered by Youssef

I have used the network monitor applet in Ubuntu, and i think it's the best i have ever had, it doesn't only tell you your usage in packets ( like Windows ) but in actual megabytes, but what if it could record the history of your bandwidth usage, or maybe even connect to a server to check how much of your bandwidth limit is uses, or even study your bandwidth usage and show you graphs of how and when you use your connection, and maybe even go as far as assigning daily quotas ( limits ) of your overall allowed bandwidth so that you can be sure not to exceed the limit set by your ISP.

I see no operating system with this kind of application, but i think it's very useful, especially for a system like Ubuntu, which originates from the internet, stays alive because of it, and keeps itself in shape thanks to it.
