Boot from USB install via internet

If we can have a small USB on which we can Ubuntu boot image and rest of the OS can be downloaded from Internet.
This will help home user to just insert this USB to computer and then just hook the notebook / computer to Internet and in sometime they will have the entire system ready with a beautiful OS.
Will help in making OS popular and is a unique feature that will help a lot of people.
