Give all install questions at beginning

For the next release (of this one if possible in 4 days) put ALL questions at the beginning of the install instead of a few at the beginning, any in the middle and end later...that way the user isn't bugged by the whole install at all and if s/he wants to leave they can without the system getting stuck and waiting for input.

Thus names, the default user account, install/dl locations, partitioning, layout, etc. should all come at the beginning and be done. : )
