Offer all repositories for selection at install time

All regular repositories should be displayed for selection at installation time - and explanations as well. The activation of additional repositories is one of the big barriers for new users on their search for additional software: codecs, games etc.
At least, users shoud be informed about additional repositiries when using software-center.
