Simple Home Partition Selection Box Option during Install

Add the option to "Create Separate Home Partition" as part of the install process, either automatically done or a tick box. Many alternate distributions have been offering this option for a few years now and it's and i view it as a very mature way to setup a system. This option makes a clean install update allot easier (just tell the installer not to format the /home partition) and reduces the stress to all during the whole update process (especially for those who prefere clean installs).

I often change the default setup to a great degree with custom packages and libs thus making the update process a no go.
