Increase standard quality on Icons and Wallpapers

A new icon set is coming for Ubuntu, but a new generation of high density displays are coming (like Retina Display).
We need high standars. We need high quality for the future.
Minimum specs:
- Icons: 512x512 px.
- Wallpapers: 3000x2000 px.
Icons and wallpapers with high pixel density: 300 ppi (pixels per inch). 300 is the max for the human eye.
