Include Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede) in Intrepid

The Eclipse version (3.2) included with Ubuntu, even with Hardy, is vastly outdated. Replace it with Eclipse 3.4, which has already gone gold as far as I can see. Yes, it is possible for an Ubuntu user to download it from eclipse.org, but that defeats the purpose of having eclipse in the repositories at all.
