Improved Update Procedure

Currently the workflow of the user is interupted when he want's to update Ubuntu. Sometimes even a reboot is necessary (on kernel updates). Threre is currently no possibility to download updates (automatically in the background) and to install them at a specified time. The goal of this spec is to integrate the update procedure better into the user's workflow. For example a (checked by default) checkbox "Install updates before shutdown" could be displayed in the logout dialog.
