Ubiquity should be able to import account from users during the installation process

Registered by mike.simonson

When i install my system i always do at least 3 partitions. 1 for swap , 1 for system "/" and the last for the home folder. When i reinstall system for upgrade for example after the installation i have to do a chgrp and chown on each user because the id on the new installed system and the past system don't match (i suppose it's only because i registerd them in a different order). Ubiquity already ask for import personal file from windows partition it should also do the same for past ubuntu installation. In our case it's really easy we just have to look the partition for a home folder and if there is one do a ls -n on it.

furthermore we may also check the user folder for preference file and folder to be able to do a list of software he installed in the past and he may want to reinstall.
