Ubuntu support for Intel UEFI firmware

Discuss the UEFI 2.3.1 spec, Ubuntu support for secure boot, testing and hardware requirements, explore possibility of UEFI support in 32bit.

UEFI 2.3.1 specification was released on UEFI.org this week: http://www.uefi.org/specs/agreement
Harry will bring a presentation to summarize the new features in 2.3.1

Some areas of discussion:
  1.) pc market availability for class 2 and class 3 UEFI systems (see EFIS001 presentation)
  2.) secure signed boot (signed OS bootloader and UEFI drivers)
  3.) Encrypted hard drive support (Opal and IEEE 1667)
  4.) Fast boot (ie <6 sec)
  5.) UEFI network support for Preboot environment (OS deployment and OS boot) IPV4/IPV6
        additional support for IPV6 beyond IPV6 ready logo phase-1 requirements (ie phase2, IPsec
  6.) UEFI network support for iSCSI, VLAN, FCOE
