rename labels of pendrive without password and gui

well I think here it's the place to write this. Why not implement a "renamer" of pendrives just by right click and without password for users who have their own pendrive and aren't administrators of the system just want walk around with their pendrives some menu like "change label" or "rename pendrive" by just right click
