gnucash with support for csv-import

Registered by Stefan Pappalardo

I think there would be more poeple switching to gnucash (and Ubuntu), when it supports the import of accounting data from CSV-formatted files. Many online-banking-applications use there own proprietary export-format to bind their customers, for example like StarMoney does. But nearly every online-banking-application supports csv-export. As I know there is implemented support for csv-import since gnucash svn 2.2.x. I don't see any reason why csv-support is disabled. Activation of csv-support in gnucash will be little effort with huge impact.

Sorry I didn't get the meaning of the blueprint facility right.
Now I know a better place for this is the bug reporting facility.
