Option to use login password on Gnome Keyring

Gnome Keyring should have an option to link the keyring with the user's password to avoid prompting for keyring password during use. When user uses Gnome to change their password, it should update the keyring as well. Admittedly, this is not very secure if the user leaves their computer unlocked and walks away, but it provides convenience and the same level of security against offline attacks and attacks by other users.
