FTPD GUI Configuration Tool

We need a GUI tool to configure FTPD in Ubuntu. Currently it requires editing configuration files (like pure-ftpd.conf) which can be black magic for the average users.
Tool which will allow an average user to ftpd configuration easily is needed.
