Improve the information displayed when fsck fails

Registered by Baggie

Should fsck fail when it runs on startup due to a disk error, a user is dumped into a minimal command line shell that is confusing to a novice user. A clearer explanation of what the failure means should be provided, as well as a suggested method of fixing the error.

Agreed. I've been awoken around midnight by a panicked neighbor and would like to see this implemented. --Rarkenin
