FreeIPA for trusty

Registered by Timo Aaltonen

It finally looks plausible to have a fully working IPA setup running on Ubuntu, maybe even for 14.04.

Blocker bugs:
- nss
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=537866

- bind9
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=722669

- mit-krb5
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=729291

- openldap (needed for full support)
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=725153

Upstream work is needed to refactor the ipa platform code, after which debian/ubuntu platform support can be added.
