HDD based Recovery Images

Most OEMs currently ship machines with no installation media in the box to help save costs; it would be worthwhile if we could add an automatic recovery partition that users could select from GRUB and install to the main hard drive. This recovery partition could be used to reinstall Ubuntu to a known-good configuration.
