Enable the clipboard's image functionality

Registered by John Bradley Bulsterbaum

For such functions as a true "print screen" (vs. the current hack) and other vital ones like a "copy image" in the browsers the system requires the clipboard to support images....which hasn't always been the case. I learned this from the mozilla site https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=234716 and they couldn't fix it till https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21747 was fixed. At any rate, the status at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=234716 is "Resolved Fixed" and this suggests to me that the clipboard is in working order now...so why isn't the system affected? Why is "print screen" still a hack? (see http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/5695/) and why hasn't the clipboard been upgraded, the Print Screen function made into a true print screen function, and the option in Firefox enabled (despite even Ubuntu's own status says "fix released" at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/20036? Those are the goals of this blueprint.
