improve firefox add-on support in ubuntu

Registered by Alexander Sack

Find/specify/implement ways to improve firefox add-on support for ubuntu users.

Feature examples:
 1. allow packaged extensions/plugins to be searched, navigated and installed from within firefox extension manager (a new tab)
 2. display quality information for third party extensions in add-on dialog.
 3. warn (once per extension?) when user installs/upgrades extensions that are known to be problematic (e.g. extension is broken or conflicts with other extensions installed)
 4. block extensions/plugins that are known to have serious impact on stability (crashes/freezing)
