Recover lost or broken files

This application will recover photos and other files from bad drives. It would be useful to have something similar in the Add/Remove programs so users with less experience can find it easily. Maybe there are better applications out there, the above is just an example of what could be available. Drives have a tendency to crash once in a while and these tools are very valuable when that happens (especially flash drives, but also hard drives).
