FAST User Switcher

Since Ubuntu 9.10, the ability to jump quickly to different user sessions was lost. The action now requires clicking on "change user..." then waiting for the GDM, then clicking the new user, then entering password. Previously, one could click on the other session user name straight from the fast user switcher applet. This blueprint is to re-implement this form of "FAST" user switching.
